Islamabad: Radio Pakistan has arranged special marathon transmission on World Women’s Day under the title “Maan kay Naam” tomorrow (Sunday).
Eminent personalities from different walks of life will express views in “Maan main tera pertu” at 10:05a.m to highlight the services of women as mother.
A special programme “Tum Qoum Ki Maan” will be broadcast at 11:05 a.m. in which responsibilities of mother in connection with upbringing and health will be discussed.
A programme “Main Aur Meri Maan” will be aired at 12:05 p.m.in which efforts against Social inequality in the society will be discussed.
Discussions regarding perseverance and resolve of IDP’s women who were worst hit by terrorism will be highlighted in the programme “Main Bhi Maan Hoon” at 1:20p.m.
Another discussion programme “Maan Hi Jaanti Hai” is schedule to be broadcast at 2:05 p.m. to highlights the women’s rights and education.
Radio Pakistan FM 93 and FM 94 Network will broadcast these programmes.
