In June 2008, a 4-member need assessment mission visited different provinces of Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir to take stock of the needs of FM radios.
Need Assessment Report prepared that shows lack of trained manpower and resources.
Workshop/seminar held with participation of Program/Station Managers of FM radios to further discuss their needs
Workshops conducted to impart training to radio professionals on setting up newsroom, writing news, reporting etc.
Series of 4-month training workshops conducted for extensive training to radio professionals.
